| South Shore Medical Center (SSMC) is an independently owned, not-for-profit 501 C 3 organization. Our multi-specialty private practice of over 80 providers are engaged in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, wellness, surgery, and obstetrics/gynecology. Since 1962, SSMC has provided primary medical care as well as a variety of specialty and ancillary services to patients throughout the South Shore. Our locations have on site radiology departments andlaboratories. |
