Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont (BCBSVT) has filed its 2018 exchange plan rates with the Green Mountain Care Board (GMCB). The Board is charged with reviewing and approving health insurance rates including those filed for qualified health plan products authorized by the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
