| Sentara Healthcare has named Dr. Jordan Asher as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Physician Executive, effective July 9, 2018. Dr. Asher previously enjoyed a distinguished career at Ascension, which is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. He served the organization and its subsidiaries for more than 25 years in a variety of roles, including as Physician Network Executive, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Integration Officer. Dr. Asher most recently served as Chief Clinical Officer for Ascension Care Management.
