Genuine Health Group, a Miami-based healthcare company that helps doctors improve care quality and reduce costs, and PrimeHealth Physicians, LLC, a 50-plus group of primary care providers with 25 locations in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, announced today the companies have entered a joint venture.
