| Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) today announced a new business partnership with Landmark to deliver home-based medical care to Medicare Advantage (MA) customers with complex chronic conditions, such as diabetes, COPD and congestive heart failure, beginning June 1, 2018.
