| The West Virginia Family Health Plan (WVFH) has partnered with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of West Virginia to provide managed care services to the state's Medicaid population since 2013. Health care services are provided through a Provider Sponsored Network (PSN), which is managed by WVFH. The PSN is owned and governed by 22 federally qualified health centers and community health centers from around the state, two additional clinics, the West Virginia Primary Care Association and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of West Virginia. |
