The D.C. Primary Care Association (DCPCA) is a nonprofit health action and advocacy organization founded in 1996 to improve health care and health coverage for the District’s low-income residents. With the creation of Medical Homes D.C., DCPCA embarked on a $145 million, ten-year project to improve access to high quality primary care in the District’s many medically underserved neighborhoods, ensuring that everyone in D.C. can receive primary health care regardless of their ability to pay. |
