Superior HealthPlan, Inc. is a health maintenance organization that was founded with the communities it serves in mind. Superior understands both the providers and our members since we were founded in partnership with the Texas Association of Community Health Centers, which is the association of the Texas Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Centene Corporation. The FQHCs have been serving Texans for many years and understand the unique needs of members and providers.
 
Providing services since 1999, Superior prides itself on the programs it offers to members and the large network of providers it has built by cultivating relationships in the communities it serves.
